Connection, Understanding, and Therapeutic Growth
Our Hoarding Support Groups offer a warm, confidential, and professionally facilitated space for people who want to better understand their relationship with clutter, trauma, and overwhelm — and to connect with others who truly “get it”.
Each group is led by our Occupational Therapists and Therapeutic Support Workers, using the Tree of Transformation™ Framework to guide reflection, emotional safety, and meaningful change.
These are specialist, therapeutic groups, not drop-ins or informal peer sessions.
They are available through private funding, partnership arrangements, or supported places funded by grants and community sponsors.
“As a Community Interest Company, Enabling Spaces CIC also seeks grant funding and community sponsorship to offer supported places to individuals who would otherwise be unable to access specialist therapy groups.”
