Enabling Spaces CIC is an Occupational Therapy–led hoarding and home therapy service, supporting people to feel safer, healthier and more in control of their living spaces.
For over a decade, we’ve walked alongside adults and families facing hoarding, self-neglect, and overwhelming home environments — always with compassion, dignity, and clinical expertise.

Our work goes far beyond decluttering.
We focus on emotional wellbeing, daily living skills, routines, safety, and long-term change, using specialist therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s story, pace, and needs.
We are funded through a mix of local authority commissioning and private referrals. If you’re unsure how to access our service, we’re happy to talk you through the options and help you find the right pathway.

At Enabling Spaces CIC, we work with people whose homes and lives have become overwhelmed — through hoarding, self-neglect, or the impact of trauma and loss.
Our Occupational Therapists combine emotional understanding with practical, therapeutic support to help individuals rebuild safety, confidence, and a sense of control in their daily life.
Every person’s story is unique, and so is the way we work.
