Online and remote support
Online and remote sessions are offered where clinically appropriate and delivered via secure platforms. Remote support is not suitable for crisis situations. Clients are responsible for ensuring privacy at their location.

Digital products
Digital products (downloads, templates, resources) are non-refundable unless faulty or inaccessible.
Physical products
Physical items must be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty.
Services and bookings
